FSOs execute the day-to-day security tasks, but when DCSA walks through the door, ultimate accountability sits squarely with the Senior Management Official (SMO).

• -Have all suspicious contacts or adverse information been reported immediately to the FSO?

• -Are CAC and VAR renewals tracking ahead of schedule?
•  
• -Are your Key Management Personnel listings completely accurate in NISS?
•  
• -Is personnel data current in DISS?
•  
• -Have you verified that your subcontractors’ DD Form 254s match current contract requirements?
