Her work focuses on building security programs that function in the real world, aligning Facility Security Officer (FSO) responsibilities with cybersecurity, CMMC readiness, and organizational growth. Jada partners closely with executive leadership and operational teams to bring structure, clarity, and accountability to complex security environments.
Throughout her career, Jada has supported organizations navigating audits, inspections, mergers and acquisitions, and periods of rapid growth. Her approach emphasizes process-driven execution, clear ownership, and integration across security domains, ensuring programs are defensible, auditable, and built to scale.
